An informal introduction to GAD to set the scene for newcomers to the topic of hybrid airport ownership and operational models. The GAD forum has been tracking private partnerships in airports since 1994 and this session will provide a background to the evolution of airport models around the world and their terminology, and consider the impact on airport business and infrastructure development models.
