David is a Professional Engineer with several years of significant government and private sector experience in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure P3 projects from conception to operations. David is also the LAC Liaison Officer for the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering and serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council for Public Private Partnerships.
