Mr. Ungerleider has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate with an emphasis on aviation property and other transportation related assets for the past 26 years. Dan manages a team of nine accounting professionals and prides himself on creating a positive work environment that has led to a long tenured, highly skilled and diverse business unit. Mr. Ungerleider joined Aviation Facilities Company in 1997. He has management responsibility for all financial, accounting and information technology functions within the company. His duties include oversight of financial reporting, REIT compliance, budgeting, lease administration and accounts receivable, corporate tax preparation, lender and state compliance, payroll, retirement plan management, arranging for payment of all company obligations and ensuring working capital for AFCO and each of the properties under management. Mr. Ungerleider also arranges for permanent financing, lines of credit and equity investments as well as maintaining AFCO’s relationships with its lending institutions. During his tenure he has arranged for nearly $1b in various types of financing including tax-exempt and taxable, rated and unrated municipal bonds, traditional mortgage lending, credit tenant lending as well as other types of innovative financing structures.Sessions
