Raúl Diaz Diaz has led Aeropuertos Andinos del Perú as general manager since 2018—a Peruvian company concessionaire of the Second Group of Airports of Peru, in charge of the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the airports of Arequipa, Ayacucho, Juliaca, Puerto Maldonado, and Tacna.
With 20 years of local and international experience, Raúl has worked in several leading companies in various sectors. Focused on leading the business strategy, he has achieved tangible results by innovating the business model, implementing complex structural projects, and improving efficiency in the use of resources. All this, inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico, Raúl then obtained an MBA from Esan and later took part of the Executive Program for CFOs in the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business.
Mr. Diaz previously served as General Manager of Genrent del Perú and IC Power Colombia. He also has been Director of Administration and Finance of IC Power Peru and Merck Sharp & Dohme Peru, among other professional experiences.
