Ronald D. Factor is Chairman and founding partner of AIRIS Aviation Development LLC. He enjoys a 47-year commitment to the aviation industry and holds patents and copyrights to many contributions to the industry. Factor is a registered architect and has practiced architecture since 1972. As Project Executive and Airis Chairman, Factor is responsible for the design, overall management, long-range planning, and development of all projects through all phases of project delivery. He is also responsible for the formation of project teams, oversees their coordination and manages relationships to ensure maximum project benefit. Factor interfaces with institutions and agencies having influence or jurisdiction over projects. Factor has served the aviation and aerospace industry as a registered architect for his entire career.
