Mark Morehouse is a Managing Director in the P3 Investment Banking group at Oppenheimer & Co., based in Chicago. He joined the firm in August 2017 and has over 20 years industry experience, with a focus on transportation infrastructure.
Mr. Morehouse is responsible for originating and executing P3 advisory and capital raising engagements in the transportation, social infrastructure and water sub-sectors in the US and globally. He has led the execution teams on airport, parking, bridge, water and social infrastructure P3 assignments for both public- and private-sector clients.
Most recently Mr. Morehouse advised TOGA and its consortium of international airlines on their role in the New Terminal One P3 project at JFK International Airport. Previously he led the advisory teams to public-sector sponsors on the P3s of San Juan Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport.
