Mónika joined AERODOM in 2009 as Legal Director. Since 2011, she has been the CEO. AERODOM is a Dominican company that holds the concession to operate six state airports in the Dominican Republic, which has been part of the VINCI Airports network since 2016. Under her leadership, and after joining VINCI Airports network, AERODOM has consistently improved service levels for passengers, reduced its carbon footprint, promoted the use of renewable energy and taken important actions to protect the environment.

Mónika is a well-recognized personality in the Dominican Republic tourism industry. She currently is the president of Airports Council International for Latin America and the Caribbean (ACI-LAC) and the Tourism Cluster of Santo Domingo. She began her career as a lawyer, working at several recognized law firms.
