Yanic Roy is a change agent and an expert in international air transport. With 25 years of experience in transforming airports, airlines, and aerospace manufacturers, he has pioneered new disciplines such as air service development and specializes in creating innovative business models through unique partnerships.
Beginning his career in 1998 in the marketing team of Aéroports de Montréal, he later contributed to enhancing the strategic positioning of several organizations as a consultant. After spending several years in business development roles for industry leaders like CAE and Safran, he returned to the airport sector in 2015 as a member of the management team for the airports of La Réunion and Quebec City. In 2022, he assumed leadership at Saint-Hubert Airport to establish a strategic partnership with Porter Airlines for the construction of a commercial terminal with a capacity of 4 million passengers annually. To signify its transformation, the airport recently unveiled its new name: MET - Montreal Metropolitan Airport, and it continues its significant evolution.
A graduate in political science and holder of a master's degree in international relations, Yanic Roy advocates for a collaborative approach, mobilizing all stakeholders towards achieving ambitious goals.
